Billing in disQo.ai is flexible to support both individual users and organisations. The way you manage your subscription and payments depends on your account type.
Individual User Billing
Organisation Billing
- Use the option to upgrade, renew, or change your plan.
- All payments and invoices are handled at the individual account level.
- If you are part of an organisation, billing is managed centrally via the page in Settings.
- View your organisation’s plan, team size, next payment date, and manage payments from this page.
- Only organisation owners or admins can access and update billing details.
If you upgrade from an individual account to an organisation, your billing will move to the organisation level.
