Billing in disQo.ai is flexible to support both individual users and organisations. The way you manage your subscription and payments depends on your account type.
Individual User Billing
Organisation Billing
- Manage your subscription through the Subscription Plan page in Settings.
- Use the Manage Plan option to upgrade, renew, or change your plan.
- All payments and invoices are handled at the individual account level.
- If you are part of an organisation, billing is managed centrally via the Billing page in Settings.
- View your organisation’s plan, team size, next payment date, and manage payments from this page.
- Only organisation owners or admins can access and update billing details.
If you upgrade from an individual account to an organisation, your billing will move to the organisation level. For any billing or payment queries, contact our support team.
