Getting Started with Knowledge Base

Navigate to Knowledge Base

Select Knowledge Base from the sidebar to access your repository of documents and integrations.

Upload Files or Folders

Click Upload to add files or folders. You can drag and drop, or browse to select files. Maximum single file size: 5MB.

Sync Integrations

Use Sync integrations to connect and import data from Confluence or Jira.

If prompted, connect your Confluence or Jira account to enable syncing.
