Access to Spaces is controlled through roles. Available management actions depend on your role.

Roles

Role	What they can do
Organisation Owner	Manage organisation-level settings and control access to Spaces.
Space Owner	Manage the Space, including members and Space settings.
Space Member	Work within the Space and use its shared resources according to the permissions available to them.

Managing access

New organisation members can be assigned to Spaces when they are invited. Existing organisation members can be added to or removed from Spaces by users with the appropriate role. This allows organisations to give people access only to the project knowledge and resources relevant to their work.
