A Space is a shared working area for a group of people within your organisation.
How Spaces separate work
Teams can create Spaces for specific projects, clients or areas of work. This helps keep project knowledge, connected apps and analytics focused on the relevant team.
For example, an organisation might create one Space for a client delivery project and another Space for internal testing standards. Members can then work with the right shared context without mixing unrelated material.
Your chats and workflows remain private to you. Joining a Space does not make your chats or workflows visible to other Space members.
Switching between workspaces
You can switch between your personal workspace and any Spaces you belong to using the workspace switcher.
When you move into a Space, disQo.ai updates the available:
- Knowledge Base
- Connected apps
- Navigation
This helps you work in the right context for each team or project.
Managing Space members
Space Owners can manage who has access to their Space.
Organisation members can be added to or removed from Spaces, and new organisation members can be assigned to the appropriate Spaces when they are invited.
This allows organisations to give people access only to the project knowledge and resources relevant to their work. For more detail, see Roles and Permissions.
Space analytics
Space-level analytics provide visibility into how disQo.ai is being used across the team.
Depending on the features available to your organisation, this can include activity, agent usage, storage and ROI information attributed to the relevant Space.
Space analytics help organisations understand adoption and usage at a project or team level rather than only across the organisation as a whole.
